The job involves:
- Greeting and seating guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Monitoring traffic flow and informing guests of the approximate waiting time
- Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service and making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest’s experience
- Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
The ideal candidate has:
- Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin an asset
- Smart Serve certification
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
