Field Swamper

Overview Advanced Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Swamper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and mechanical knowledge, attention to detail with the ability to take direction. This role involves working on-site with an experienced equipment operator, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to work closely with others in a fast paced environment.

Duties Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset Drive a truck with a trailer Take direction and cooperate to ensure piles are plumb and in the proper alignment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations Skills & Requirements Proven experience in construction site environments Clean driver's abstract Experience with commercial driving Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
