You are courteous and effective with the public and enjoy working with a diverse group of people and instructing in a safe and friendly manner.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:The ideal Masters Swim Instructor/Coach candidate will have a minimum NCCP Swimming 101 Coaching Certification, and a current Emergency First Aid & CPR-C Certification or higher from an approved agency (Lifesaving Society, St. John Ambulance, Canadian Red Cross, Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Canadian Ski Patrol). Hours vary and instructors should be prepared to work days, evenings and/or weekends at any North Vancouver Recreation & Culture location.
