Job Description: JR112190 Senior Developer, Digital Experience Position Purpose: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online. Key Accountabilities: Strategy & Planning Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals. Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning. Solution Delivery Lead the design and development of full stack applications. Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms. Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. Governance & Best Practices Enforce architectural standards and development best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes. Support & Maintenance Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs. Continuously improve development workflows and system performance. Education & Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Seven (7+) years of experience in full stack development, including system integrations. Experience with cloud architecture, web services, and enterprise application design. Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience with e-commerce Shopify platform is preferred. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $85,321.60 to $106,641.60 with a maximum of $127,982.40. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
