As Canada's largest online retailer in the category, we're looking for a creative, trend-obsessed Social Media & Creator Partnerships Specialist to help grow our brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging content, lives on social media, understands what makes content go viral, and is passionate about building relationships with influencers and UGC creators. You'll play a key role in growing PinkCherry's social presence while developing a network of creators that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll bring fresh ideas, execute creative campaigns, source high-performing user-generated content, and manage creator partnerships from outreach through campaign reporting.

What You’ll Do

Create, film, edit, and publish engaging social content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. Stay ahead of social trends, viral sounds, platform updates, and cultural moments to keep PinkCherry relevant and engaging. Source, recruit, and manage a network of influencers, affiliates, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators across North America. Identify creators that align with the PinkCherry brand and negotiate partnerships, product gifting, paid collaborations, and affiliate opportunities. Continuously source high-quality user-generated content for use across social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and the PinkCherry website. Collaborate with internal designers and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and conversations while building an authentic brand voice. Monitor campaign performance using platform analytics, affiliate links, promo codes, UTM tracking, and engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns. Research competitors, creators, and emerging social platforms to identify new growth opportunities. Stay current on trends within social media, influencer marketing, and the sexual wellness industry to keep PinkCherry at the forefront of the category.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience managing social media, content creation, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships. Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing in short-form video content when needed. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends. Experience sourcing and managing influencers, affiliates, or UGC creators. Knowledge of creator platforms and influencer outreach tools is an asset. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations. Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of emerging trends.

Compensation

$50,000 -$75,000 per annum depending on experience
