About the role
Key Responsibilities: Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, or systems with speed and accuracy Verify data for completeness, correctness, and compliance with company standards Perform routine audits and quality checks on entered data Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Retrieve and process documents, reports, and other information as needed Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree is a plus Proven experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills
