We’re looking for a Manager, Building Systems to lead a highly complex, site-based facilities operation in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role oversees building systems, maintenance, calibration, utilities, energy management, compliance, and team leadership to support safe and reliable site operations.

Role Summary The Manager, Building Systems is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term operation of facility systems across the site, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, glycol, steam, diesel generators, and other critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical credibility, confident communication, and the ability to guide a large team in a high-demand environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

4-5+ years managing large-scale operations/facilities Experience in high-demand, fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of facility infrastructure systems Experience with utilities, environmental, or plant operations Understanding of regulated/compliance-driven environments Background working with critical operational equipment Engineering, STEM, or related technical background Experience supporting production-critical operations Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance standards Strong operational and facilities management expertise
