Job Role:- Performance Tester
Job Location:- Mississauga, Ontario
Job Description:-
Senior Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance engineering and non functional testing across web API and distributed systems Proven experience delivering scalable resilient solutions in on prem cloud and hybrid environments using industry standard performance observability and CICD tools
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner Enterprise LRE Performance Center and JMeter
Own the complete Performance Testing Life Cycle PTLC requirements workload modeling execution monitoring analysis and reporting
Perform load stress spike endurance and scalability testing
Integrate performance testing into CICD pipelines for continuous performance validation
Execute cloud and hybrid performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability
Monitor and analyze systems using AppDynamics Splunk Grafana and Kibana
Perform deep dive diagnostics using AWR reports heap dumps thread dumps and GC logs
Collaborate with Development DevOps and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks
Apply Chaos Engineering practices to validate system resilience
Deliver concise actionable performance reports for stakeholders
