About the role
We are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead with strong Financial Services Cloud (FSC) architecture experience for an onsite role in Toronto, ON.
Must-have requirements
5+ years of Salesforce experience.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) for enterprise banking, insurance, or wealth engagements.
Experience leading Salesforce solution architecture and delivery for scalable, secure enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Strong experience with FSC data model alignment, including Person Accounts, Individual, Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, and Referrals.
Strong experience with Salesforce security model, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, Territory, Platform Encryption, and Shield.
Experience with Event-Driven and API-first Salesforce architecture.
Experience defining integration architecture using MuleSoft/API-led integration, batch or near-real-time patterns, platform events, and Change Data Capture.
Experience integrating Salesforce with core banking, lending, underwriting, custodian, data warehouse, and identity platforms.
Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, LWC, SOQL, Async Patterns, External Services, and Named Credentials.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps using Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and packaging.
Ability to lead technical design, hands-on implementation, code reviews, governance, and delivery for cross-functional Salesforce teams.
Experience working with client stakeholders and translating business capabilities such as Onboarding/KYC, Lending, Wealth Planning, Claims, and Contact Center into solution blueprints and user stories.
