About the role
The Data Sharing, Integration and Management Services Department is responsible for things like implementing and updating the Desjardins Group data protection platforms, including shared, simple and high-quality services like data protection using de-identification mechanisms. As an IT Platform Administrator, you’ll need to carry out data protection services. As part of a multidisciplinary, agile squad, you’ll be responsible for supporting development teams in delivering data de-identification projects. More specifically, you will be required to: Configure the various components of the de-identification tool and provide support for installing, configuring and maintaining the data protection application platform. Participate in rollouts and release activities. Operate, monitor and take action to ensure stable service for the platform by using advanced web and network analysis tools. Analyze, diagnose and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the development and infrastructure teams, by determining the causes of low- to high-severity incidents, by following up on system-related issues and by making sure they’re resolved. Keep inventories, technical documentation and operating procedures up to date. Help automate recurring tasks PKI processes and continually improve processes. Produce indicators, statistics and operational reports. Help developers execute commands and find solutions when there are production issues. Produce documents describing the installation, maintenance and operating procedures for the application platform and occasionally update solution architecture documents.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field A minimum of two years of relevant experience in platform administration Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French is required Knowledge of continuous delivery products: GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Concourse CI, Vault Knowledge of Windows environments, managed file transfers, and relational databases Knowledge of the web environment (HTTP protocol, web servers, reverse gateways, web services, etc.)
Knowledge of monitoring, alert and logging tools: Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow
Knowledge of Agile environments: Jira, Confluence Knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2 (Toad), and ETL Occasional availability required to take part in rollout activities outside of normal working hours, particularly in the evening or during the night, depending on operational needs
