Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Here's what we look for: Consulting experience with demonstrated experience in HR/ WFM/Pay/ Analytics solutions functions via system implementation Ability to navigate complex situations to enhance personal and technical growth, and to develop a thorough understanding of the business context 3 years of experience with Dayforce and implementing other HCM/Payroll technologies Preferred experience with Dayforce or other ERP systems solutions, including, SAP, Oracle, ADP Prior experience or degree in accounting, Payroll operations or business administration Providing cross-functional Dayforce advice and technical integration Showcasing thorough Payroll service delivery knowledge Leading Dayforce practice growth through knowledge sharing Maintaining engagement economics and flexibility As a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
