To be considered for this role, candidates must have
- A passion & enthusiasm for providing outstanding Customer Service
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional client service in a customer-facing, in-person role
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Post-Secondary Education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional first impression by providing a warm, hospitality-driven experience
- Promptly responding to inquiries (via phone, email, and in person)
- Guide customers through the homebuying process, clearly explaining the following:
- Details of The Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS)
- Homebuying timelines & key dates
- Documentation requirements
Sales & Administration
- Prepare, review, and coordinate deal packages, APS signing, deposits, and legal documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM, track deal progress, and proactively identify potential issues
- Collaborate with legal, mortgage, and internal Teams to ensure a smooth deal flow and customer journey
- Assist in launching Sales Campaigns and manage lead generation efforts
Operations
- Support Sales campaigns, Lead generation, and stay current on incentives, site plans, inventory, and pricing
- Open, close, and maintain the Sales Floor each day, conduct safety checks, maintain tour-ready displays, restock customer‑facing areas and ensure the space is pristine for visitors
- Maintain refreshment area
- Prepare and serve beverages & light refreshments for every visitor, creating a warm, hospitality‑driven experience
