About the role
About the Role We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer & CRO Specialist who can create exceptional user experiences while continuously improving website and landing page conversion rates. This role combines user-centered design, interface design, data analysis, and experimentation to help drive measurable business growth. You will work closely with marketing, development, content, and leadership teams to design, test, and optimize digital experiences that generate more leads, sales, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing website, landing page, and application experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Conduct UX research, usability reviews, and heuristic evaluations. Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity, and other analytics platforms. Develop and execute Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies. Identify friction points within customer journeys and recommend improvements. Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries. Present design concepts, test results, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders. Stay current with UX, UI, accessibility, CRO, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, CRO, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Figma. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and conversion-focused design work. Experience designing responsive websites and landing pages. Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards. Experience interpreting analytics and user behavior data. Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. Experience with Unbounce, Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or similar testing platforms. Digital marketing experience, including SEO and PPC landing page optimization. Experience working in an agency environment. Success Metrics Improved website and landing page conversion rates. Increased lead generation and revenue performance.
