What is the Job About?
- Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Driver/Shipper/Dispatcher (DSD) is responsible for receiving, loading, Unloading and shipping products and materials in and from coolers and shipping dock using power equipment.
- Provide coverage for freezer position when the person is away.
- Position picks orders according to customer order forms, makes deliveries, acts as dispatcher and move trucks in the yard,
- Position provides general working direction to shipping employees, under the direction of the supervisor
What You’ll Bring:
- You have a Class 1 driver’s license.
- You have a minimum of one (1) year shipping experience.
- You are a certified power jack, forklift and stacker operator.
- You can read, write and communicate in English.
- You can provide documentation to prove eligibility to work in Canada.
