About the role
HORIZON CHURCH
Position Title: Student Ministries Pastor (K-12)
Regent Christian Academy Society serves children and families across our campus schools, online school, and early learning programs. We focus on strong academics, whole-child development, and a Christ-centred environment where students grow in character and purpose. Our teams work hard, care deeply, and move fast to support a growing and dynamic school community.
As the spiritual heart of this community, Horizon Church is dedicated to leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We bring the RCAS mission to life through vibrant worship, life-changing discipleship, and local outreach. Whether through our weekend services or mid-week ministries, our team is committed to "caring deeply" for our congregation and "moving fast" to meet the needs of our city, creating a grace-filled environment where everyone can discover their God-given purpose.
Overview: This is a full-time pastoral role overseeing student ministries at Regent Christian Academy on behalf of Horizon Church. Regent Christian Academy is a ministry of Horizon, and so this role works across both the school and the church as one connected expression.
