"Role Summary Seeking a results-driven BSA with strong Canadian Insurance and/or Wealth Management experience to bridge business and technology teams, define high-quality requirements, and support delivery of regulatory, digital, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, system, data, and non-functional requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and traceability artifacts.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, test case review, defect triage, release readiness, and production validation.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, impact assessment, and solution walkthroughs.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience in Canadian Insurance and/or Wealth Management domains.
• Knowledge of Group Benefits, Claims, Life Insurance, Investment Products, RRSP, TFSA, Portfolio Management, and Client Onboarding.
• Familiarity with Canadian regulatory considerations including OSFI, CIRO, FINTRAC, AML/KYC, and privacy requirements.

Technical Skills

Delivery Tools Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Analysis SQL, data analysis, data mapping, reconciliation Integration API understanding, system integration, service-oriented architecture Process Mapping Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN-style process flows Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, SAFe, CSC, IFIC, or Wealth Management Essentials certification is an asset.
• Experience working with major Canadian insurers, wealth firms, banks, or financial services platforms.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
