Role Description The Freelance Photographer will support TBL Digital’s content creation efforts by producing high-quality, on-brand photography for client campaigns and social media assets. This full-time remote role involves planning and executing photo shoots, capturing lifestyle, product, and hospitality imagery, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating shoot logistics, scouting or adapting locations, setting up lighting and equipment, and directing subjects or talent to achieve impactful images. The photographer will also edit and retouch photos, deliver organized files that meet technical and aesthetic standards, and contribute ideas for visual concepts that match TBL Digital’s bold, disruptive style. Regular communication with project managers and content strategists will be required to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality across projects. Qualifications Strong technical photography skills, including camera operation, lighting (natural and studio), and composition suited for digital content. Proficiency in photo editing and retouching using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop) with attention to detail and brand consistency. Experience shooting for marketing and social media campaigns, especially in lifestyle, food and beverage, hospitality, or e-commerce environments. Ability to plan and manage shoots independently, including scheduling, shot lists, and coordinating with clients or creative teams. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and how photography supports digital marketing and paid ad performance. Reliable remote working setup, strong time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and a commitment to delivering client-focused results. Portfolio demonstrating bold, creative, and high-impact work; prior agency or brand-side experience is an asset.
