About the role
Job Summary Supervise frontline retail staff to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service. Coordinate sales activities, merchandising, and loss-prevention efforts to meet store objectives. Number of Positions 9 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sales staff, including scheduling and shift assignments. Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to maintain service standards and sales performance. Provide frontline customer service, handle escalated inquiries and resolve complaints. Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment and assist with merchandising and displays. Manage cash handling procedures, sales transactions, and end-of-day reconciliations. Implement loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with store policies and safety regulations. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail management is an asset. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a retail or customer-facing environment. Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive store performance. Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems and basic cash management procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to perform light physical tasks such as stocking.
