Our client is an established organization within the industrial parts and distribution sector that is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its GTA operations. This position is responsible for the overall success of the branch, balancing operational excellence, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

Responsibilities
Lead the Branch Provide overall leadership for a distribution operation of approximately 15 employees. Build an engaged, accountable, and high-performing team. Coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive workplace culture. Set clear expectations and ensure alignment across all functional areas. Drive Operational Performance Oversee daily warehouse and distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics. Monitor operational performance, productivity, and service levels. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and workflow. Ensure the branch consistently meets operational and business objectives. Build Customer Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business partners. Handle customer concerns and operational escalations professionally. Represent the branch in discussions with internal leadership and external stakeholders. Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting long-term business growth. Manage the Business Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment. Maintain visibility across all areas of the operation while empowering the team to execute independently. Support strategic initiatives and contribute to the continued success of the branch. Monitor overall branch performance and help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Leadership experience within warehouse, distribution, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments. Experience managing teams in a hands-on operational setting. Background in industrial, automotive, heavy equipment, or parts distribution is considered a strong asset. Experience overseeing inventory, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
