The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting business performance by delivering accurate financial reporting, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing valuable financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, you will:

Collaborate with leadership teams to support strategic planning and operational decision-making through financial insights and analysis Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely financial information Analyze financial performance, identify trends and variances, and provide recommendations to support business objectives Serve as a financial systems resource, supporting business processes, system functionality, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain strong knowledge of accounting practices while providing guidance, training, and support to internal teams Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiencies, and strengthen data accuracy and reporting capabilities

Qualifications:

The main qualifications for this role include:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA designation completed 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and reporting Strong written and verbal English communication skills required; bilingual French/English considered an asset Familiarity with JD Edwards or Salesforce is an asset
