The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Manufacturing / Client Relations, the Associate Client Relations Manager is an entry-level developmental role designed for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in client relations within a co-manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced Client Relations professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting customer accounts, coordinating projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Through structured learning, mentorship, and real-time project involvement, you’ll develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress into a Client Relations Manager role while helping deliver exceptional service to our co-manufacturing partners.

You're organized, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in client relations within a manufacturing environment. You enjoy coordinating projects, supporting customer accounts, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver outstanding results. You thrive in a fast-paced setting where you can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and help keep projects on track. You're comfortable learning new systems and technologies, communicating with both internal teams and customers, and supporting product trials, sample coordination, and project execution. You're proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by continuous improvement. Whether maintaining CRM records, assisting with customer communications, or helping implement new processes, you're committed to delivering exceptional service while developing the skills needed to grow into a Client Relations Manager role.
Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset but is not required.

Previous experience in manufacturing, project coordination, customer service, or client relations is considered an asset.

Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot is considered an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude is considered an asset.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
