Duties also include retrieving patient charts; completing daily workload statistics related to clerical functions; relieving/assisting other clerical positions; scanning health record documents into an electronic format and submitting verified information for on-line computer storage; and performing other related duties as required.Job DemandsBy applying for this job, you acknowledge an understanding that regular requirements and demands of this job include (but are not limited to):Standing, walking, bending, and lifting is required.Constantly lifts objects less than 5lbs and occasionally lifts up to between 20 - 40 lbs. when helping with a patient's luggage (ambulatory care) or lifting a box of files requiring assistance.
