TAG Hardware designs, engineers, and manufactures innovative storage and organization products used in premium homes around the world. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Assembly Worker to support our plastics, cutting, and wrapping teams.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2:30pm

What you will be doing:
- Assemble products using hand tools, mechanical fasteners, adhesives, and standard work instructions
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Read work orders, labels, and detailed instructions
- Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards are met
- Count, sort, package, bag, and box finished goods
- Build pallet quantities according to job specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility
- Support other manufacturing activities as required, including rework, trimming, packaging, and general production support
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- When required, this role will provide assembly support to powder coating and production assembly areas.
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English
- Basic math skills
- Experience using hand tools such as drills and rivet guns is an asset
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
