We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Associate Support Engineer to join our collaborative and fast-paced Managed Services team!
Location: Canada, Remote
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with technical support: Help troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to PAM deployments, including system configurations, safe management, user lifecycle management and integration support.
- Monitor system health: Support ongoing monitoring of logs, alerts, and incident dashboards; escalate issues to engineering or managed-services teams as needed.
- Knowledge-based development: Collaborate in creating and maintaining internal documentation and customer-facing guides for onboarding, troubleshooting SOPs, and FAQ updates.
- Participate in onboarding: Assist in sandbox environment setups for new clients and contribute to pilot deployments under senior guidance.
- Shadow engineering activities: Observe and support deployment and integration tasks (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and take part in internal training sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Managed Services, and Sales to relay client feedback, document recurring issues, and propose technical improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms and Network infrastructure including firewalls is plus.
- Some exposure to IAM/PAM tools, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), or scripting languages (bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Authentication, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity or in technical support/administrative support roles
- Working Hours: This role follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $20–$25 CAD per hour. This is a 6-month, full-time contract role, working 40 hours a week.
