As our Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for smooth operation of production lines. Led by the Paint Production Supervisor, this opportunity suits someone who is safety conscious with prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Shift Available

Monday to Thursday (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:

• Load stacks of empty skids.
• Monitor equipment performance to maintain and achieve target line speeds.
• Change formats for mini or full skids on HDMI.
• Remove finished pallets and place in staging area.
• Place and verify proper placards are on each finished pallet.
• Assist staging of empty cans (remove straps and top cover) and loading empty cans for depalletizer.
• Change stretch wrap on wrapper as needed.
• Provide boxes for case packer and lids for filler.
• Maintain a clean working area, especially removing broken pallets.
• Do tow motor check and report any problems.
• Work together with other team members if line is down.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.

We’re looking for:

• Valid forklift license required and ability to follow pedestrian guidelines in a safe manner.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.
• Prior experience in a paint or chemical manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Computer experience.
