JOB STATEMENT
We are currently seeking a full-time Client Service Associate (Advisor Assistant) to support our investment advising representatives. We are a friendly, client-focused, professional firm that offers a supportive workplace, benefits, and a comprehensive compensation package. This is an in-office position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working closely with our investment advisers, you will provide client service and administrative support. Responsibilities include account opening, transfer processing, report generation, preparing for client meetings, and maintaining accurate client data. Collaborate effectively as an integral member of the administrative team.
QUALIFICATION
Completion of, or current enrollment in, the Canadian Securities Course (CSC). Knowledge of stocks and bonds, how they fit within an investment portfolio, and how they are traded. Please note that we are not a mutual fund dealer. Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience. Understanding of the various account types available to Canadian investors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Experience using a client relationship management (CRM) system or database software. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and follow through on tasks. Strong client service, administrative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to work. A professional demeanour and a strong work ethic.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range is expected to be between $50,000 - $65,000, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
