We’re currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the Hotel’s accounting team, and requires on-site presence 5 days a week, in an office located in our Hotel.

General Duties Manage accounts receivable billing: groups, banquets and other events, including third-party accounts. Process payments, track deposits, refunds, and maintain accurate billing documentation and records. Investigate and resolve billing disputes, credit card chargebacks, and guest account inquiries. Review outstanding balances, prepare aging reports, and support collections efforts through correspondence and follow-up calls. Assist with daily accounts receivable reconciliations and financial reporting. Collaborate with hotel departments, Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage departments. Embody the 1 Hotels Vision, Mission and Compass; deliver on Our Promise, provide Good-Natured Service and uphold our Brand Pillars. Perform other duties as assigned by department managers.

About you... Passionate about numbers and is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and payment processing is a plus. Prior experience in a hotel setting is a plus. Experience with point-of-sale and/or hotel property management systems is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service-oriented with the ability to effectively manage guest and client inquiries. Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Always maintains a professional appearance and positive attitude.
