Our Sustainability Centre of Excellence (CoE) is dedicated to developing and delivering a wide array of innovative sustainable investment products, solutions, and services. Our offerings span various sustainable investment strategies including ESG integration, best-in-class approaches, and thematic investing. The Sustainability CoE provides critical ESG expertise to establish firm-wide sustainable perspectives, assisting investment teams in leveraging ESG insights through rigorous integration and active stewardship. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced ESG Reporting Analyst to join our Sustainability CoE. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our ESG disclosure and oversight by delivering high-quality sustainability disclosures, driving data excellence and process innovation, and partnering with investment teams to help enhance climate and ESG integration strategies that influence decision-making across the firm. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, and an innovative mindset dedicated to advancing sustainable investing practices. Candidates also need to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to manage multiple diverse projects concurrently. Key responsibilities: Sustainability reporting (60%) Sustainability disclosure & reporting: Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal and external sustainability disclosures, including the Sustainable Investing Report, PRI Survey, DDQs/RFPs, CDP, MRFPs, and other ESG-related disclosures. Ensure all reporting is timely, accurate, and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Quality assurance & process management: Implement and maintain robust quality assurance checks for new and existing ESG reporting initiatives. Develop structured documentation and cross-training to enhance the accuracy and consistency of ESG and climate metrics. Investment team support: Support improved oversight of sustainable investment strategies through tailored reporting and insights. ESG data management and process automation (30%) Assist with the optimization of standardized internal reports, enhancing automation, and ensuring data integrity through rigorous quality checks. Perform thorough data analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Drive continuous improvement in reporting and disclosure workflows and processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to developing and refining oversight programs to ensure sustainable investing practices align with sustainability policies and industry best practices Stakeholder engagement (10%) Foster strong collaboration and partnerships within the Sustainability CoE across the Research, Stewardship, and Disclosure groups as well as across all relevant internal teams and departments. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in asset management or capital markets Exposure to sustainable investing and capital markets. Exposure to climate and sustainability topics, coupled with the agility to quickly master complex subject areas. Strong analytical skills, adept in data visualization and enthusiastic about adopting AI-driven tools and processes. Proficiency in sustainability-focused platforms (MSCI, Sustainalytics, Bloomberg) or ability to quickly learn and master new tools Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office Suite and excellent presentation skills. Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and independent work. Meticulous attention to detail. Professional designations such as CFA or CPA are considered valuable assets. The expected annual base salary range for this role is $72,500 - $91,000, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
