Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support blockchain trading operations during EU hours (3PM–11PM SZT). Assist in executing trades under supervision while strictly adhering to risk parameters. Analyse market data, identify patterns, and prepare trade summaries. Track and optimize portfolio performance under guidance from senior traders. Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and share market insights. Contribute to analytics and dashboards for trade monitoring. Stay updated on market trends, DeFi innovations, and relevant regulatory developments. Prepare reports on trading performance, market conditions, and strategy adjustments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and curiosity to learn Blockchain trading. Highly motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced trading environment. Team-player mindset and openness to feedback. Willingness to work on-site and commit to structured training and mentorship. Strong basic understanding of financial markets (spot, derivatives, DeFi).
