Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days on site) Pay Rate: $49.02/hr - $57.89/hr Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, extracting, analyzing, visualizing, and delivering HR employee data and reporting results within the agreed timelines as well as developing new insights for specialized initiatives from our SAP HRIS system. The position is a blend of SAP functional knowledge, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in distributing insights across the bank
Must-Have Skills
3 years of experience in SAP reporting at an expert level. Strong knowledge of the SAP information systems and ability to conceptualize multiple links to different tables to create custom-curated reports for our stakeholders' relationships and technical skills. Experience working with key stakeholders to explain and present data insights. Run, verify, and dispatch scheduled reports, which may involve automated builds for SAP results via Python, Rundeck, Stonebranch, and other potential automated solutions. Proficient with SQL and some exposure to set up, administering, and use of relational database products such as Teradata, Postgres, MySQL, DB2, Oracle, etc. (e.g., joining data from different data sources) Strong working knowledge of Python to complete data analysis and data visualization Strong working knowledge of SAP tables and data location to complete data analysis and data visualization
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) – working knowledge of BTP for modern integrations as organizations shift away from older authentication methods. Strong understanding of data security, access management, and governance to ensure data privacy is being managed for report/data permissioning, GDPR, and HR Data Security protocols. A strong logical mindset (how to transform fields, if statements, case statements) Deep understanding of data structures in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and legacy SAP HCM, including payroll, benefits, and talent modules.
