Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an individual to join a leading telecommunications company as a Billing Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely billing and an exceptional client experience. In this role, you’ll prepare and validate invoices and automated payments in line with client contracts, support customers by addressing account inquiries and providing statements, and ensure invoices are submitted seamlessly through client portals. You’ll also analyze accounts, issue credits when needed, and contribute to collections, deposits, and payment processing. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in process improvements, new product launches, and client onboarding initiatives - while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years experience in a billing environment as a billing analyst/billing specialist/AP/AR Analyst - Bilingual in English and French - Ability to communicate with internal and external partners as well as the leadership team - Very strong attention to detail - Great Excel skills, Office and Google workplace.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- QuickBooks - knowledge (Very Nice to have - SOS Inventory systems is a Bonus)

$19-21/hr
