JOIN OUR TEAM as an Office Assistant
Port Moody, BC Right by the Inlet Centre station on the Millennium Line
Are you part bookkeeper, part admin, and part content creator? If so, we want to hear from you soon. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, easy-going office assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. No two days are exactly the same. You’ll assist our non-profit staff by helping with data entry, emails, phones, scheduling, filing, inventory, and occasional social media posts.
Our work supports BC veterinarians with continuing education, member programs, professional resources, and advocacy. We’re a small, cohesive team that values quality work, helpful co-working practices, and a positive working environment. Be part of the organization that helps veterinarians so they can help animals.
If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and enjoy variety in your day, this could be a great fit.
Pay starts at $20/hour. This is a full-time position with benefits as outlined in the BC Employment Standards Act.
