The Role
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and owning the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate positions across the organization, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. You will work closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Leadership teams to consult on workforce planning, share market trends, and execute robust recruitment strategies that meet and exceed the needs of our growing business. The role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Advisory: Act as an in-house advisor to the business, consulting with hiring managers and business partners on workforce planning, market trends, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Relationship Management: Independently build, own, and maintain critical, trust-based relationships with external candidates and internal stakeholders across all levels of a diverse organization.
- End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate positions, building robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Offer Management & Compliance: Deliver formal employment offers, clearly communicating details regarding compensation, benefits, and agreements, while initiating and conducting required background checks.
- Data Integrity & Administration: Maintain strict data accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workday, and organize confidential HR records and files with the utmost discretion.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, with a background in corporate recruitment (in-house or agency environment preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy with effective working skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional consultative, advisory, and relationship-building skills; outstanding verbal and written communication; strong time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and diverse personalities under pressure.
- Bonus Points: Direct experience working within the Workday Recruiting ATS platform.
