Do you enjoy teaching and helping others succeed? We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Safe Level 1 Instructor to deliver engaging training sessions to students, staff, and community members.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Food Safe Level 1 courses in a clear, professional, and engaging manner Prepare lesson materials and classroom setup
- Ensure students understand food safety principles and regulations
- Administer course assessments/exams
- Maintain attendance records and course documentation
- Provide a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Food Safe Level 1 Instructor Certification (or eligible to teach)
- Previous teaching, training, or facilitation experience is an asset
- Able to travel to communities and has a valid class 5 driver’s license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized, dependable, and professional
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or health regulations is an asset
