About the role
Kelly is hiring!
We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Mail Clerk in Windsor, ON!
In this full-time, temporary role, you’ll help our client with their mail and administration needs.
What You’ll Do
Pick up/deliver any incoming/outgoing mail from Canada Post – daily Internal mail distribution Sort any incoming mail and deliver to the applicable person/department – mornings Pick up any outgoing mail from each department – afternoons Drop off/pick up incoming/outgoing mail – Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays Print bills, credit/service letters, commodity reports – daily Insert bills, credit/service letters in envelopes – daily Track number of mail pieces (indicia envelopes) and populate Statement of Mailing via Canada Post web portal – daily Other ad hoc duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Requires valid driver’s license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail Previous mailroom or logistics experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt quickly and support a busy operations team Details:
- Temporary: until at least end of Sept
- Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM until Sept with potential reduction to 15–20 hours/week or possible elimination afterward depending on operational needs.
