Key Responsibilities

✅ Operate plate laser equipment safely and efficiently ✅ Read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and customer specifications ✅ Ensure products are burr-free and meet quality standards ✅ Perform inspections and critical measurements ✅ Assist with employee training and mentoring ✅ Support 5S, continuous improvement, and waste reduction initiatives ✅ Follow OSHA requirements and all workplace safety procedures

Qualifications

✔ Minimum 2 years of CNC/Laser operation experience ✔ Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes ✔ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately ✔ Experience working in a Windows-based environment ✔ Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods ✔ Steel-toe boots and reliable transportation required ✔ Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed ✔ CNC Diploma is considered an asset
