Program Coordinator North Forge Inc.
Location: 441-100 Innovation Drive, Winnipeg, Manitoba North Forge is looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Program Coordinator to help fuel Manitoba's innovation economy.

Summary of Key Responsibilities (job functions include but are not limited to):
Program Coordination & Administration In conjunction with the Senior Program Manager, coordinate and oversee the execution of the Pathfinder and Base Camp stages of the Founders Program. Support the planning, coordination, and administration of the Mitacs programming and participant activities. Identify, coordinate, and lead activities that contribute to the WiLab (Women in Innovation) program. Support communications and record-keeping related to the Startup Visa Program. Monitor the implementation of program policies and practices. Contribute to program growth initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Assist the Senior Program Manager with research to support program improvements and alignment with best practices. Coordinate regular communication within the Founders Program. Maintain the founder database and create reports as required.
Founder Experience & Engagement Serve as a key point of contact for founders throughout their program journey. Coordinate communications with founders and maintain timely, accurate program information. Manage founder resources, contracts, reporting requirements, and program documentation. Coordinate founder training sessions, webinars, mentor meetings, and other learning opportunities. Track founder participation and engagement across program activities. Gather, document, and communicate founder feedback to support ongoing program improvements. Gather, record and integrate founder feedback into program practices regularly.
Outreach and Events Assist with the coordination and execution of North Forge events, workshops, and related communications. Represent North Forge at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and community events.
Qualifications / Requirements: Three to five years of experience in program coordination. Disciplined in managing budgets. Excellent project management and organization skills. Strong attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize deliverables. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Experience managing and maintaining relationships with program participants and partners. Past experience with CRMs, databases, or data management tools is an asset. Ability to work in a small-team environment and demonstrate a collaborative attitude. Enjoys working in fast-paced environments that encourage trying new things. Commitment to continuous improvement of programs and processes to facilitate optimal outcomes for founders. Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, occasional early mornings, and weekends, as required.
