Agriculture Sales Representative (Field-Based / Relationship Sales)

Location: Yorkton, SK

Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Mileage

The Role: High Independence. Boots-on-the-ground. Relationship-first.

What Your Week Looks Like:

• Relationship Building: You’ll spend your time visiting customers on their home turf. You’re there to listen, ask the right questions, and solve problems, not just "push product."
• Solution Selling: You’ll manage the full sales cycle with confidence & support from the team where you need it.
• Full-Circle Service: You’ll coordinate with our rentals, parts, and service teams to ensure that when a farmer buys from you, they are supported for life.
• Territory Growth: You’ll be out there building your own "pipeline" and reputation. In this role, your name in the community is your greatest asset.
