Offered as a full-time position for a six-month period, the person in this role responds to customer inquiries, presents the activities offered and their associated costs, and promotes the organization’s services. They play a key role in maintaining a professional image by providing excellent customer service. They also ensure the smooth handling of registrations and perform various administrative tasks.

Tasks

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate services or staff members.
• Provide information about programming, events, and services offered by the organization.
• Respond to customer questions and requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Receive user feedback or complaints and, if necessary, follow up with the appropriate person.
• Communicate suggestions or comments from participants to the designated staff member.
• Handle registrations for recreational activities and ensure proper administrative follow-up.
• Assist in preparing and setting up activity spaces (sports facilities or multi-purpose rooms).
• Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
