**About This Job:**As an HR Assistant, you assist with the people team with people strategy and administration that enables our business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:- **Partners** with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and **develops** HR solutions to support those goals.

• **Provides** guidance and counsel to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• **Leads** the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as talent management, training and development, and employee engagement.
• **Manages** employee relations issues, **conducting** investigations and **recommending** appropriate resolutions.
• **Analyzes** HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• **Ensures** compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• **Supervises** the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• **Hires** and **trains** new employees.
• **Directs** work assignments and **provides** ongoing feedback.
• **Manages** employee performance and **addresses** performance issues.

### Physical Requirements/Work Conditions:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Occasional travel may be required.

### Education:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

### Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.

• Experience in **employee relations**, **performance management**, and **talent management**.
• Experience with **HRIS** systems.

### Knowledge/Skills:- Strong knowledge of **employment law**.

• Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** suite.
• Excellent **communication**, **interpersonal**, and **problem-solving** skills.
• Ability to **build** strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of **HR Strategy**.
• Experience with **Change Management**.

### Preferred Qualifications:- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).

• Experience in **Compensation & Benefits**.
• Experience in **Training & Development**.
• Experience in **Succession Planning**.
