Your impact As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: * Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieve optimal outcomes. * Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned). * Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development. * Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow. * Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. * Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. What you’ll do

The physiotherapist will develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation. They are also responsible for educating patients and families on recovery strategies while utilizing modern digital tools for documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active license in good standing with their provincial regulatory college and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. While 1-2 years of outpatient long-term care experience is preferred, new graduates with provisional licenses are encouraged to apply.
