Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment. This role requires excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives or clients

Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally

Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and other administrative materials

Assist with personal tasks, errands, and online purchases as needed

Maintain records, track expenses, and manage confidential information

Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts

Conduct research, compile information, and provide summaries for decision-making

Perform other administrative or personal support tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Proficiency with office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage priorities remotely

Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting high-level executives, entrepreneurs, or busy professionals

Familiarity with project management tools or CRM software
