Set up, operate, and monitor conventional and CNC machining equipment to manufacture, assemble, repair, and modify precision thermoforming tooling. Interpret technical specifications, inspect and test completed tools, make adjustments, maintain equipment records, and follow safety and quality requirements.

Set up, operate, and monitor Lombardi and/or Gallus flexographic presses to produce high-quality labels safely, efficiently, and in accordance with production schedules and customer requirements. Maintain equipment and production records, follow quality and safety standards, resolve and report issues, and collaborate with teams on continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment, respond to downtime, and carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maintain safe, reliable operations. Document maintenance work, coordinate contractors, support service standards and continuous improvement, and comply with workplace policies and GMP requirements.

Lead the people strategy for the Packaging Services and Thermoforming business units, advising site leaders and aligning workforce plans, talent programs, and HR initiatives with business and operational priorities. Oversee employee relations, compliance, culture, change management, HR service delivery, and the development of the HR Coordinator.

Coordinate and track preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities from creation to completion. Manage vendors, maintain accurate compliance records, and support equipment commissioning and calibration schedules.
