Schedule and perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and corrective repairs on material handling equipment, batteries, automated systems, and conveyors. Coordinate parts and service records, communicate equipment status and work progress to site leaders, and maintain safe, organized work areas while meeting service and maintenance performance targets.

Oversee technicians and daily service department operations, including workload assignments, performance, training, recruiting, preventative maintenance, inventory, and shop cleanliness. Monitor utilization, billing efficiency, labor costs, productivity, safety, quality, work order coordination, and paperwork to ensure timely, effective service and billing.
