Build and operate Keycard’s product and company security program, including threat modeling and testing identity, credential exchange, delegation, policy enforcement, and tenant isolation. Secure cloud accounts, delivery pipelines, artifacts, and secrets; lead vulnerability response and develop automated controls and regression tests.

Own and improve Keycard's build, release, and operating systems across its hosted service, multi-tenant cloud, dedicated deployments, and customer cloud accounts. Deliver secure, repeatable BYOC installations and upgrades, staged releases and rollbacks, reliability practices, deployment guardrails, and audited agent-assisted operations.

Develop and maintain enterprise positioning for security and platform buyers, using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and win-loss analysis to inform messaging and product input. Equip Sales and cross-functional teams with enablement materials, launch programs, customer stories, and analyst and executive briefing support.

Develop and manage revenue marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline, including events, demand generation campaigns, nurture tracks, account-based marketing, and paid media. Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to set targets, manage budgets and agencies, measure results, and scale effective programs.

Own and measure the end-to-end customer evaluation journey, improving the path from initial contact through first credential exchange to a production decision. Improve developer onboarding and self-guided evaluation resources, using instrumentation, experiments, and collaboration with engineering, DevRel, marketing, sales, and field engineering.
