The Role We are looking for an Engineering Aide to join our Mechanical Industrial team in our Winnipeg office. This position is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional engineering consulting environment. Working alongside experienced engineers, technologists and project managers, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects while developing technical, professional and interpersonal skills. Students may have opportunities to participate in project work, technical reviews, engineering analysis, field assignments, site visits, report preparation and multidisciplinary collaboration depending on project requirements and business needs. Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology program and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. They should be proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle if required; travel and field assignments may also be required.
