The barista will craft quality coffee beverages, welcome guests, and process payments while maintaining a clean and organized café environment. They are also responsible for restocking merchandise, delivering food and drinks, and collaborating with the team to improve café operations.

Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure targets are met while managing people, processes, and equipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure strict adherence to quality, food safety, and health and safety standards.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment used for roasting, grinding, and packaging coffee. Implement long-term technical solutions and perform preventative maintenance to minimize plant downtime.

This role involves supporting the creation of the first Product Marketing strategy, building toolkits, and leading product marketing communications for new launches to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. The manager will also lead innovation planning and execution, track performance, and develop trade marketing tools and sell-in materials.
