Packer Operator Kidco Construction is a leading residential earthworks construction company based in Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded packer operator to join our Earthworks division for the 2026 season. The Packer Operator is responsible for compacting soil, gravel, and other fill materials to the required compaction specifications. In this position you will operate a variety of compaction equipment including smooth drum rollers and padfoot rollers. You will work closely rock trucks, graders, scrapers, and the rest of the earthworks fleet to ensure consistent compaction of the fill area on site.
