The Construction Safety Officer will provide and promote a positive safety culture by educating and supporting crews and sub-trades on-site. Responsibilities include creating safe work plans, performing general labor, and ensuring overall site safety compliance.

The Director of Health, Safety and Environment will lead the development and implementation of a high-performing HSE management system to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery. They are responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture and integrating health and safety standards into all operational decision-making and project execution.
