The Medical Radiation Technologist (X-ray Technologist) is responsible for all X-ray examinations requested by the referring physician, producing high-quality studies for interpretation. Skills & Qualifications Required: Registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) in good standing Experience with Velox RIS and PACS preferred Sound knowledge of general radiography and special procedures as required Sound knowledge of radiation protection and the safe efficient operation of the X-ray equipment Ability to provide superior patient care and consciousness of the patient’s safety and welfare Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills Ability to work independently, under pressure and to complete the work efficiently in the allotted time Strong interpersonal verbal and non-verbal communication skills (Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate in additional language(s) preferred) Attention to detail Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety Willingness to work flexible hours and excellent attendance Licence/Certification: CMRTO (required) Pay: $40.00-$44.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 42.0 per week (Permanent, Part-time, Full-time, Casual) Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Tuition reimbursement Friendly environment Ability to commute/relocate: 3227 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, ON Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person If you think that you are a qualified applicant, please send your resume to kingmar@rogers.com as soon as possible.

Requirements

Registration in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) is required. Applicants should have knowledge of general radiography, special procedures, radiation protection, and safe equipment operation, along with strong communication, organizational, and patient-safety skills; experience with Velox RIS and PACS is preferred.
